Our services are only available to and may only be used by individuals who are 18 years or over.

The website www.FashionScrilla.com is operated by Fashion Scrilla, Fashion Scrilla does not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted access to the website. Everyone on the Fashion Scrilla team will do its best to correct any malfuntions brought to Fashion Scrilla's attention.

Items listed on the website are not Fashion Scrilla’s property unless otherwise specified.

The following personal information required by Fashion Scrilla will not be disclosed to other users : surname, address, email, phone number, date of birth, nationality, bank details, identity documents. Fashion Scrilla may disclose information not linked to any personal identification information to authorized third parties using third party cookies. The Fashion Scrilla website may use "cookies" to enhance user experience. If users choose to disable cookies the website will not function optimally. The member/ Shopping account holder accepts that Fashion Scrilla retains all data and records concerning their activity on the website.

After signing up for text message notifications or a membership shopping account, a member may choose not to receive commercial offers from Fashion Scrilla or third parties. Simply contact our customer service representatives by sending an email to info@fashionscrilla.com

Membership: To become a member, the user must complete the sign up form. The member must keep their account information accurate and up-to-date at all times. A member's password is used to access our website, as such, it is strictly confidential and the member agrees not to disclose this information to any party other than Fashion Scrilla.

The member agrees that Fashion Scrilla cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from their failure to keep their password secure or by providing incomplete or inaccurate information on any membership shopping account.

The member agrees not to create multiple accounts without explicit written permission from Fashion Scrilla.

The member has accepted the terms of service by creating their account. Fashion Scrilla may change the agreement with or without notice, at Fashion Scrilla’s discretion. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of the changes. The member is responsible for reviewing the agreement when using the website.

Shipping: Shipping is provided by a licensed shipping company approved by Fashion Scrilla. The buyer is required to fill in their shopping account information, to provide an accurate delivery address, their immediate contact phone number and any other information which may be needed to ensure smooth transportation.

Fashion Scrilla and the shipping company will not be held responsible or liable for a failed delivery, loss, or damages due to an incorrect shipping address.

Shipping Times: Here at Fashion Scrilla we try our very best to process orders Monday through Friday immediately the same day payment is processed and confirmed by payment verification and processing systems. Please allow up to 3 business days of payment clearance for processing your order. Shipping is done between Monday and Friday, excluding weekends and holidays.

Shipping Policies: To avoid fraud, Fashion Scrilla will ship only to the address associated with your PayPal or credit card account or other payment methods. Shipping prices will vary, calculated based on location, Items $1000 and under will be calculated by weight and location. Priority Shipping (2-3 days) and Priority (1-2 days) are available by request through email for additional charges. We do not currently offer International Shipping at checkout, but we may make special arrangements at our discretion. Please email us regarding requests for priority shipping and international shipping price quotes prior to placing your order.

Once we’ve shipped your order, we will send you an email with a tracking number so you can start the countdown. Lost or stolen property after we’ve shipped your item are at the fault of the postal service and beyond our limits of responsibility. As a registered business, all items sold through Fashion Scrilla are properly labeled and insured up to the full listed price / sale price. Fashion Scrilla does not mark items below their value or declare them as gifts.

Depending on the shipping service selected, orders placed on Fashion Scrilla are delivered every day of the week excluding Sundays. Shipping costs will vary depending on the service selected, as well as the origin and destination of your chosen pieces. Express delivery is available for all destinations and Standard delivery is available in some countries. All relevant delivery options available for your order and to your destination will be displayed at checkout.

Customs: Please keep in mind that our shipping times should be used as a guide only and are based on time from dispatch. Fashion Scrilla cannot take responsibility for customs clearance delays or failed payment approval, though we will try to minimize any potential delays.

Our orders can be delivered by DHL, UPS, or FedEx

If you have a special request or shipping preference, please email us prior to placing your order to make certain if we are able to accommodate your custom request.

Fashion Scrilla is not responsible for fees associated with import duties or taxes after a shipment has been made. It is recommended that you are familiar with the cost of customs in your country before purchasing from Fashion Scrilla. You may be charged by customs when your product arrives or when you collect it. These charges are applied after the item is shipped by Fashion Scrilla, and are not associated with your purchase. These charges are not under Fashion Scrilla’s control, please contact your country’s customs office for further inquiries.

Order Cancellations: Yes, you can cancel your order without penalty if canceled within 5 hours of initial purchase. All cancellations must be received within a 5 hour cancellation window beginning the moment the order is placed which will need to be submitted and requested through email. If your order has already been prepared, we can't cancel your order under any circumstances. Initial shipping fees are NON refundable and will not be refunded.

Shipping: It is imperative that the parcel is shipped with insurance and will require a signature upon acceptance by customer, the insurance will cover the full price of the item and a tracking number. Fashion Scrilla will not be held responsible for your lost item resulting in the loss of your refund.

Accuracy of Descriptions and Photos: All photos of items are taken in-house to accurately depict their current condition. We will always include a close-up of any wear and tear marks, scratches or discoloration that appears on the product. You can virtually get as up close and personal as we did physically. We do our best to accurately describe any flaws on the item. Please carefully review our product description and condition before placing an order as all sales are FINAL due to the rare nature of our vintage items being so rare that they are now one of a kind in this day and age. Please note that due to what your computer monitors and/or cell phone display may cause differences in appearance of colors, product colors may appear slightly different than the item in person.

Our items are pre owned, not new, (UNLESS OTHERWISE STATED IN EACH INDIVIDUAL LISTING) meaning items may show signs of wear and tear that a new item would not. All vintage treasures unless otherwise stated in an individual listing description are previously loved, this means that each individual item may tell their own story through its unique characteristics from use and maturity of its place in fashion history. Purchasing previously loved items continues its narrative, a conscious choice for the planet by choosing sustainable fashion! Please refer to listing photos for specifics on item defects. All items are final sale, they cannot be returned/refunded/exchanged.

Tax: All purchases made in the United States will be charged a respective sales tax rate, all taxes and fees as such will show on the invoice for each order at time of checkout. International buyers may be subject to additional import customs/duties/tax fees, in accordance with the governing import and export laws. Such rates will vary with currency rates at the time of purchase, please note that customs and collection fees will not be reflected on the invoice for the order as these are separate fees determined by the shipping courier at time of delivery and is not decided by Fashion Scrilla. Each buyer/ Member agrees that they themselves are to be held accountable for any such fees in full.

Gift Cards: Gift cards are valid for 12 months from purchase date.

Due to the rare nature of our vintage items being so rare, preserved as best as possible from past decades, our vintage items are now one of a kind in this day and age. All items are final sale, they cannot be returned/refunded/exchanged. We do not accept returns under any circumstances for merchandise here at Fashion Scrilla. Refunds will not be issued.

PLEASE NOTE: Being as we do not accept returns, IF a buyer opens a chargeback case for any order for any reason, said BUYER will be responsible for ANY and ALL fees incurring and associated, including but not limited to ( all attorney fees for both parties, default fees, banking fees, and any OTHER fees associated) resulting from the charge back. The BUYER is responsible for the original purchase amount in any case. In addition BUYER will be held responsible for any and all fees as decided by Fashion Scrilla entity decides for time and resources used to handle the chargeback case which incurs as a result of your violation of our terms of service by opening a chargeback case. If a buyer opens a Chargeback case for any order, they will be banned from further purchasing, using our website and our services.

We do not charge for the services, Fashion Scrilla Entity is in no way responsible or liable for any fees or charges associated with text messaging imposed by your wireless provider. You are responsible for any and all expense charges and fees associated with text messaging imposed by your wireless provider in relation to SMS/text messages, including all charges from your wireless provider.
